New German website and resource on compassion including audio exercises
For my German speaking and reading visitors:
Thomas Heinsius and Mirjam Tanner have just started a website on compassion in German to disseminate information on compassion-focused therapy and compassion-based psychotherapeutic work in German speaking countries. You can find the website and it’s gorgeous homepage here: www.mitfuehlen.ch/.
As others have noted, the quote on the homepage is beautiful:
How did the rose ever open its heart to the world and give all of its beauty?
It felt the encouragement of light against its being, otherwise we all remain frightened.
Hafiz, Persien, 1320-1389
The photo on the homepage is gorgeous as well.
